  • Usage Data: Songs played, time spent listening, interaction patterns

  • Log Data: IP addresses, access times, pages viewed, referring URLs
  • Location Data: General location for music recommendations and local content (with consent)
  • Local storage: A temporary identifier on the Rad+ page. No cookies are set by this website

1.3 Third-Party Music Service Data

  • Apple Music Integration: Access to your Apple Music library, playlists, and listening history
  • Music Streaming Data: Current playing status, queue information, playback controls

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Service Provision

  • Operate and maintain the Rad.FM AI DJ service
  • Personalize music recommendations and AI interactions
  • Process your requests and commands to our AI DJ
  • Synchronize with your connected music streaming services

2.2 We do not train AI on your data

Your listening, your likes and dislikes, your messages to Rad and your voice requests are never used to train an AI model. Not ours, and not anyone else’s. We do not build training datasets from your data, and we do not sell or share it for that purpose.

What we do with it instead:

  • Choose what to play next for you, in the moment
  • Send it to the providers that generate Rad’s words and his speaking voice, so he can answer you, and then discard it
  • Count aggregate usage so we know which features people actually use

Rad’s voice and personality are built by us. They do not learn from your account.

2.3 Communications

  • Send service-related notifications and updates
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Send promotional content (with your consent)

2.4 Legal and Security

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues

  • One item in your browser’s local storage, on the Rad+ page only, holding a temporary identifier so the page can show you the right subscription state
  • You can clear it at any time through your browser’s site data settings

9.2 Analytics

We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or track you across sites.

  • We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties

13. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
